Als
**Go-to-Market Marketeer** speel je een cruciale rol in het
**lanceren en promoten van een no-nonsense datingconcept**.

Je werkt nauw samen met het marketingteam en de oprichters om een succesvolle go-to-marketstrategie te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren:

- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een **marketingstrategie **om de bekendheid van de datingapp te vergroten en gebruikers te werven.
- Je **identificeert en target de juiste doelgroepen **via diverse marketingkanalen en -campagnes.
- Je **creëert overtuigende en impactvolle marketingmaterialen,** zoals website-inhoud, advertenties, persberichten en sociale media-inhoud.
- Je organiseert **evenementen **en **netwerkbijeenkomsten **om de merkbekendheid te vergroten en partnerships op te bouwen.
- Je **analyseert **de **markt **en concurrentie, en identificeert kansen voor groei en differentiatie.
- Je hebt mínimaal **3 jaar ervaring in marketing**, bij voorkeur in het lanceren van nieuwe producten of concepten.
- Je bent een **creatieve denker **met sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om data te vertalen naar effectieve marketingstrategieën.
- Je hebt e**rvaring met het opzetten en beheren van diverse marketingkanalen,** waaronder digitale marketing, sociale media, PR en evenementen.
- Je bent **resultaatgericht **en in staat om deadlines te halen in een dynamische omgeving.
- Je hebt **uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden **en kunt effectief samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden.
- **Affiniteit met de datingwereld **en begrip van de behoeften en uitdagingen van gebruikers is een pluspunt.
