Technical Incident Manager

TalenCia is currently looking for an IT Operations technical Incident Manager for one of my renowned clients.
**Duration**: 6 months + extensions
**Location**: Brussels
**Description**:
You will be part of the IT Operations Single Point of Contact team.
**Responsibilities**:
Incident resolution, analysis and documentation
Documentation of the technical sheets, KEDB and internal processes based on developers feedback and your proactivity
Root cause analysis and change request creation
Ideally scripting in shell, powershell, python and inhouse technologies
Continuous Improvement, Problems handling
Follow-up of open tickets with dev teams
Production followup
**Your profile**:
- Willingness to encode LOTS of tickets
- Willingness to spend more than 50% of her/his time on administrative tasks & documentation
- Tech savvy
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Proactivity
- Ability to take initiative
- Stress resistance
- Good writing skills (EN) Ideal
**Technical background**:
- Experience in scripting (python, powershell, unix bash)
- Experience in Jira/Confluence/service now
- Experience in system administration (Linux/windows)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Java & APIs programming. Spring boot is a plus
- Knowledge of XML
- Experience in VTOM
- Knowledge of Zabbix/Grafana
- Azure experience
English speaking proficiency is mandatory. French proficiency is preferred. Dutch is a plus.
