**What can you expect?**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze the impact of incidents and prepare detailed MIM reports to keep management and relevant stakeholders informed of the situation.
- Utilize monitoring tools, with a focus on Dynatrace, to identify incidents and understand the relationship between events and business consequences.
- Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management, in both Dutch and French, with a strong emphasis on English.
- Challenge product teams and ask the right questions to ensure incidents are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a broad technical background to actively participate in resolving technical issues.
**Who are we looking for?**:
- Experience in incident / problem management and in communication and collaboration with technical teams such as DevOps, etc.
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM), preferably using Dynatrace.
- Understanding of infrastructure setups with multiple data centers, connectivity between data centers, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of writing Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to be empathetic, listen actively, be assertive, and ask the right questions in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to perform under pressure and act in rapidly changing conditions.
