**Who are we looking for?**
**Your Responsibilities
- **You will be liaising with different Business Managers to determine recruitment needs.**:
- **You will take the lead in all recruitment activities related to your open roles.**:
- **You will develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keep yourself informed of advancements in the field.**:
- **You will actively participate in Campus recruitment, optimizing the referral process, implementing employer branding campaigns and testing out new tools and best practices to improve our recruitment strategy.**:
- **You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals with a common goal to share best practices and to bring our profession at a higher level.**
**Your Profile**
- **Experience in recruitment**:
- **Able to collaborate with internal departments and develop hiring strategies.**:
- **Knowledge of effective hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants.**:
- **Energetic, driven and a real team player.**:
- **Proactive, open and communicative with a creative mindset.**:
- **Fluent in English AND Dutch with a good understanding of the other national language.**
