Belfius werft een Reward Mobility Expert aan in de directie HR Sociale Relaties & Reward. Deze directie is verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking en implementatie van een aantrekkelijk reward-beleid in lijn met de HR- en bedrijfsstrategie.
**De job in een notendop**
Je rapporteert aan de Head of Reward & Mobility.
Je voornaamste opdracht bestaat erin om in nauw overleg met onze strategische mobiliteitspartners, de huidige mobiliteitsaanpak te optimaliseren en de visie rond onze mobiliteit van morgen uit te stippelen, vorm te geven en te implementeren.
In je rol als Reward Mobility Expert zal je instaan voor:
Strategie, expertise en impact:
- Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het mobiliteitsbeleid en mobiliteitsgerelateerde onderwerpen, zowel binnen Belfius als voor onze strategische mobiliteitspartners.
- Je zorgt dat je een expert bent in je domein, en bent steeds op de hoogte van de nieuwste technologieën, normen, regelgevingen en best practices in de markt. Op basis hiervan ontwikkel je een mobiliteitsvisie in nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen die volledig in lijn ligt met de ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) ambities van Belfius.
- Je vertaalt de visie in concrete policies en procedures die de strategische doelstellingen van Belfius ondersteunen.
- Je stelt een roadmap op om het bestaande mobiliteitsaanbod te doen evolueren in lijn met onze ESG commitments en purpose. Je verzorgt presentaties naar de stakeholders, stelt een communicatieplan op en zet de krijtlijnen uit voor de implementatie.
Operationele efficiëntie:
- Je staat in voor het ontwikkelen uitwerken, opvolgen, optimaliseren en aanpassen van het Reward en Mobility-beleid in lijn met de geformuleerde HR- en bedrijfsstrategie en met respect voor het sociaal overleg. Je houdt hierbij steeds rekening met de operationele impact en streeft eenvoud en efficiëntie na.
- Je staat in voor het ‘strategische’ beheer van de relatie met onze mobiliteitspartners (keuze van de partners cf. interne governance regels, contractuele afspraken, SLA’s, pricing,).
- Je staat in voor het uitwerken, beheren en de begeleiding bij de implementatie van HR / Reward / mobiliteitsgerelateerde projecten.
- Je zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking over de afdelingsgrenzen heen met o.a. HR Service Center, Juridische en Fiscale Zaken, ESG,
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- relevante kennis en minstens enkele jaren ervaring in mobiliteitsoplossingen
- ervaring in een Reward-rol is een plus
- je bent een teamspeler die in staat is relaties uit te bouwen en te onderhouden met interne en externe partijen
- een toekomstgerichte visie over jouw domein ontwikkelen en inspirerend uitdragen
- je draagt duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel
- resultaatgerichtheid, pro-activiteit, analytisch verstand, organisatievaardigheden en oplossingsgerichtheid
- je onderhandelt constructief en stelt de (interne en externe) klant voorop
- je communiceert duidelijk, gestructureerd en met impact, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- je bent in staat om meerdere projecten gelijktijdig te beheren en prioriteiten te stellen
- vlot tweetaligheid NL / FR
