Als PMO officer maak je deel uit van het Portfolio Planning & Delivery Management team van Argenta en speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van portfolio management en de epic owners, het verbeteren van PMO processen en het rapporteren over de voortgang van het overall change budget, value streams en epics.

Jouw rol in het team:

- Je biedt **administratieve en operationele ondersteuning **aan de portfolio managers en de manager Portfolio Planning en Delivery Management, alsook aan de epic owners en -teams.
- Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert **PMO methodologieën, -procedures en -tools **.
- Je beheert relevante **documentatie **, rapporten en dashboards.
- Je assisteert bij het opstellen, bewaken en rapporteren van **budgetten **.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan teamleden in het gebruik van **projectmanagementtools en -methodologieën **.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de epics voldoen aan de vastgestelde **kwaliteitsnormen **en processen.

- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een PMO-afdeling of projectervaring.
- Ervaring in de bancaire sector is een sterke plus.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en andere Office-tools.
- Je bent vlot drietalig (Nederlands, Frans, Engels).
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je kan zelfstandig, planmatig en gestructureerd te werk gaan.
- Je durft initiatief te nemen en presteert goed onder druk.
- Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en proactief te werken, zonder steeds te wachten tot men zegt wat je moet doen.
- Je hebt een hands-on en leergierige instelling, staat open voor nieuwe ideeën en wil hier ook graag aan bijdragen.
- Tenslotte heb je steeds een flexibele, constructieve en positieve houding, ook bij tegenspoed.
