**Your Role and Responsibilities**
In this role you will take on a key function for a project portfolio in different sectors consisting of several sub-projects. You will work closely with the respective sub-project managers and various stakeholders to coordinate all administrative and financial matters across the board.
- Responsible for the overall project administration in the areas of resource management, and financial controlling
- Review documents and guidelines from authorities and ensure that the relevant requirements are passed on to the appropriate departments
- Close collaboration with various authorities, departments, core teams and technical advisers
- Tracking project status and creating reports
- Quality assurance and coordination of internal and external project processes
- Act as communication interface for the customer and project staff

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience with quality assurance, project documentation, and facilitation of the project team communication
- Experience in creating financial reports and budgets
- Excellent understanding of project processes
- Excellent communication skills and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, **Dutch AND French** (written & spoken)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
In addition to your technical skills, we would like you to have a strong business understanding and good communication skills.
