**THE SCOPE**

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a **PMO Support Officer** to join its **PMO team**.

Passionate about **supporting project and portfolio management**, you join PMO Team which has three main objectives:

- Manage the portfolio of projects/programs to ensure that transformational initiatives will effectively support the business strategic objectives.
- Ensure the appropriate use of relevant portfolio and project management processes & tools to support the strategy execution and the delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Manage main strategic projects/programs requiring a strong collaboration and alignment among various stakeholders.

Directly reporting to the Head of PMO, you have a deep understanding and mastering of PPM tools & processes. Structured, rigorous and result-driven you will support you will support the Head of PMO in the day-to-day management of projects portfolio to ensure their success.
**YOUR ROLE**
- Support the Head of PMO to **lead the definition and implementation** of a common **project managemen**t methodology, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects
- Support the Head of PMO to** lead the execution of a PMO governance**, **reporting** and **review framewor**k to provide a holistic view of all organizational project activity
- **
Ensure** the agreed project management **methods**, **standards and processes** and project **data quality** are maintained throughout the project lifecycle within our PPM platform (Project Portfolio Management)
- **
Define and document procedures** in accordance with agreed methodology
- **

Train and support** new project stakeholders on project standards and tools

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Knowledge of formal **project management methodologies**
- A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the **MS Office Suite** (i.e. MS Projects) and a willingness and skill to learn new programs quickly.
- Experience of working on **IT projects**
- Ability to **analyze** and **present** information
- Experience with the **implementation** of new **project governance**, **frameworks**, **processes**, **methodologies**, and **tools**
- Committed, **result driven** and **self-reflective** team player
- Rigorous and obsessed with **data quality**
- Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills in **English and French**
