**Votre mission**
- ** Conseiller et coacher** : En tant qu'expert comptable BDO, vous accompagnerez les dirigeants de PME dans la mise en œuvre de leur stratégie et plan d'affaires avec le support d'une équipe multidisciplinaire.
- ** Point de contact clé** : Vous serez le gardien des intérêts des clients tout en dirigeant une équipe de professionnels.

What will you be doing?:

- **Gestion de portefeuille clients** : Établir et maintenir des relations clients constructives, développer un réseau régional.
- ** Promotion de la marque** : Participer et contribuer activement à des séminaires, colloques, et publications.
- ** Supervision et assurance qualité** : Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et la satisfaction client.
- ** Coaching d'équipe** : Encourager et soutenir les employés pour faciliter la communication et le partage d'informations.

What do you bring to the table?:

- Master en Finance, Comptabilité ou Sciences Commerciales.
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Membre de l'ITAA.
- Capacité à établir rapidement un réseau dans la région.
- Compétences comptables avérées.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
