Onze klant, actief in de financiële sector, is op zoek naar een Senior Human Resources Officer met een generalistisch profiel. De functie is vast, voltijds en gebaseerd in Brussel.
Je zal deel uitmaken van de Corporate Services unit. De missie van de Corporate Services Unit is het onderhouden van een solide, betrouwbare en vertrouwde omgeving voor medewerkers en het ondersteunen van bedrijfsactiviteiten door het leveren van effectieve en efficiënte Finance, Human Resources, Legal en logistieke diensten.
**Description**
- Coördineren van de implementatie van de HR-doelstellingen en ontwikkeling van tools en processen om de HR-activiteiten te harmoniseren en te vergemakkelijken;
- Toezicht houden op de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-initiatieven en -systemen (zacht en hard HR);
- Het wervingsproces afhandelen, in samenwerking met de HR Support Officer, en de Employer Branding & Sourcing aanpak implementeren;
- HR-projecten leiden met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling van soft HR of specifieke HR-onderwerpen;
- Coördineren van de ontwikkeling, bewaking en implementatie van HR-beleid, -procedures en -processen;
- Toezicht houden op het salaris
- en tijdmanagementproces en het compensatie
- en arbeidsvoorwaardenkader;
- Coördineren van het HR-budget en de audits en risicobeoordelingen.
- Input en/of back-up leveren voor alle HR-gerelateerde activiteiten (salarisadministratie, time management, secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, etc.) in samenwerking met externe leveranciers (Secretariaat Sociaal) en op dagelijks verzoek van het personeel.
**Profile**
- Universitair diploma in Human Resources, Human Sciences of vergelijkbaar;
- Aantoonbare ervaring in activiteiten/projecten met betrekking tot "zachte HR" (min. 7 jaar) en in harde HR
- Uitstekende beheersing van Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- aantoonbare ervaring als mentor of teamleider
- Kunnen werken met HR-platforms, IT-toepassingen, enz.
- Kennis van de Belgische arbeids-/sociale wetgeving
- Analytische vaardigheden en helikopterview
- Open-minded en oplossingsgericht
- Organisatorische vaardigheden
- Can-do mentaliteit
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Gevoel voor vertrouwelijkheid en professionele integriteit
