**Manager QC IM**

**In this role you will **
- As a member of the QC Incoming Material teams, you help define the Department strategy to meet the business objectives
- You have a strong team spirit to develop the QC IM teams and the department to reach its objectives
- You drive performance on the five pilars (EHS, quality, supply, cost and People) and culture including issues management and continuous improvement in the teams and processes in place
- You act as a deputy of QC IM Head
- You ensure project deadlines are met
- You coach the team on GPS aspects (LSW, Tier GPS, OB,) including People Management
- You manage quality systems as CAPA/Deviation/Change control
- You act as role model to contribute of the Safety and Quality Culture transformation
- You drive Projects in timely manner

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master’s degree in Sciences
- 5+ years' experience in Pharma/Vaccines business
- 3+ experience in transversal function/matrix organization
- Fluent in French, and strong in English both spoken and written
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in people management
- Strong motivation to succeed and passion for driving results
- Resilient team player who is motivated, including under challenge
- Willingness to be a strong member of a high performing team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and to lead a team autonomously
- Project Management skills
- Minimum OB Certification
