Great Ben je iemand die zich goed voelt in een zeer vooruitstrevende en technische werkomgeving, waarin je graag de puntjes op de i zet en mee werkt aan een nog innovatievere en ook veilige werkplek? - Je zit mee aan tafel om de kwaliteitsstrategie te bepalen en vertaalt die in concrete projecten binnen de ISO normen rond Kwaliteit.
- Je bent een **vernieuwer**, en dat matcht perfect met onze zeer vooruitstrevende en vernieuwende omgeving. Je bent daarom **dagelijks in contact met onze R&D afdeling **en je zal hen dus kunnen **adviseren** over nieuwe ontwerpen en ontwikkelingen. Je bewaakt en genereert validatieprotocollen om de kwaliteit van onze productie te garanderen.
- Met je bekwame aanpak en klantvriendelijkheid zorg je ervoor dat je team elke klacht moeiteloos omzet in een **glimlachende en trouwe klant**. Door je sterke **klantgerichtheid** focus je je moeiteloos op de behoeften van onze klanten en zorg je voor een excellente dienstverlening.
- Je bent echt het gezicht van ons bedrijf als het gaat over kwaliteit. Onze leveranciers zijn zeer grote spelers en zitten wereldwijd. Je plant de onsite audits en voert die ook zelf ter plaatse uit. Je houdt dus van occasioneel reizen
- Het verkrijgen van het prestigieuze label ‘**Factory of the Future**’ toont pas echt onze zin voor vernieuwing. Daarom ben jij naast de bewaker en vernieuwer van ons **kwaliteitsbeleid** ben je ook de go-to voor het E,H&S beleid. Je bouwt dit verder uit conform de ISO 45001 norm, en je werkt ook toe naar het behalen van ISO normen op vlak van **Energie en Milieu**.
- De vernieuwer in jou zal ook constant onze bestaande procedures evalueren en in vraag durven stellen. Risico’s? Die spot jij lang op voorhand en door je optimalisaties en **actieve sensibilisering** mínimaliseer jij die. Actieplannen aanbrengen, safety dagen organiseren, you do it all.
- Het administratief opvolgen van de regelgeving en wettelijke bepalingen, rapportering en administratie is uiteraard ook deel van je takenpakket.
- Jezelf uitdagen en op de hoogte blijven van de allernieuwste ontwikkelingen ligt in je natuur en je volgt dus ook alle evoluties daarin.
**Jouw profiel**:
Je hebt bij voorkeur een hogere opleiding in een technische expertise, of je bouwde soortgelijke ervaring op.
Je behaalde al het certificaat Preventie adviseur Niveau 3? Perfecto.
Troeven zijn voeling en kennis met ISO normen 9001, 45001, en interesse in de ISO normen met betrekking tot Energiemanagement en Milieu.
Je gezonde dosis assertiviteit, aangevuld met vlot Nederlands en Engels zal je zeker van pas komen.
