**About the role**:
The E-Key Account Executive will serve as the key contact person for the main retailers for their eCommerce business. S(he) is responsible for managing the overall success of our brands on their eCom door.

**As an E-Key Account Executive you will;**:

- Be responsible for building strong partnerships with key retailers
- Make sure our brands are considered Top of Mind at the eRetailers.
- Work on a yearly plan to boost sales: offers, activations, communication,
- In charge of some upscaling projects to improve the user experience: interactive tools on retailers sites, live chats, etc.
- Identify and act on business opportunities to grow our e-commerce business, by launching brands at e-retailers. You will identify the opportunity, liaise with the brands, work out and implement the launch.
- Analyse the performance and results of each brand at each retailer
- Understand Mix of Businesses and Customer Profile per brand per retailer
- Analyse the competition and/or other industries eCommerce activities
- Be on top of trends that may represent an impact on our e-retailers

**Qualifications**
- Excellent level of Dutch & English, fluency in French is an asset
- Proven Online/digital marketing experience within a consumer-driven environment
- Sales experience is a must within a consumer-driven environment is an asset
- E-commerce experience within a retailer and or within a brand is an asset
- Digital and e-merchandising expertise (at ease with Social, digital tools)
- Strong ability to effectively negotiate, communicate and influence others
- Very strong written skills (copywriting/translations)
- Entrepreneurial spirit & creative thinker
- Flexible, Hands-on approach
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
