Ter ondersteuning van onze sales collega's binnen de hygiëne divisie zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Ben jij de Junior Account Executive in spe die zich op sales gebied wil ontwikkelen vanuit de binnendienst?_
Wat ga je doen?
Als Junior Account Executive sta je in voor het volledige beheer en de uitbreiding van jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Je komt te werken in een informeel, gedreven Tele Sales team in Diegem met een fijne werksfeer. Outbound spreekt je aan, net als klantenbinding.- Je gaat proactief op zoek naar cross
- en upselling mogelijkheden voor je eigen portefeuille;- Je volgt de klanttevredenheid en retentie bij bestaande klanten op en doet aan klantenbinding;- Uitwerken van voorstellen, offertes en contracten;- Jouw directe collega's en andere interne afdelingen zoals Customer Care en Service zijn goed op de hoogte van de door jouw ondernomen acties;- Je verzorgt een nauwkeurige klantadministratie in Salesforce, zoals het registreren van contactgegevens en de verwerking van nieuwe offertes en/of contracten.
