**About the Role**:
As an Online Junior Executive, you serve as an e-store owner for each Brand in his/her portfolio. You are responsible for building a local relevant e-commerce brand plan to activate and optimize sales at the ecom door.

As an Online Junior Executive, you are responsible for keeping the site refreshed with relevant and engaging content for users that match the local objectives and goals. You are is responsible for monitoring the KPIs and the site activity to take the relevant actions.

**As an Online Junior Executive you will;**:

- Manage the overall success of the e-store and take care of the operations of the store to ensure maximum profitability.
- Adapt and optimize strategy to make sure your store is meeting the sales targets and other KPIs.
- Maintain the overall image of the brand
- Define and implement a meaningful online activation plan for your brand(s) e-stores, including activations, online exclusives, limited lives, promotions, sampling, Ratings & Reviews etc.
- Take care of e-merchandising, manage e-store assets, remove old products, maintain and optimize most-visited pages, create relevant landing pages...
- Be in charge, with EMEA support, of upscaling projects and new feature roll-outs to improve the user experience: delivery, payments solutions, loyalty programs, omnichannel projects, etc
- Define and implement the E-mailing strategy, including campaign creation.
- Conduct in-depth site analysis to understand the online shopper (which pages drive most engagement/sales, bestsellers, search analysis, traffic origin, etc.).
- Drive effective performance and conversion optimization, through on-site optimizations A/B tests and conversion-driven digital campaigns.
- Plan and secure traffic through performance-based marketing (SEA, SEO, RB, lead generation), in close collaboration with the paid, owned & earned media executives.
- Make sure invoices arrive timely and P.O’s are followed-up

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Digital savvy
- You have a good understanding of ecom business and online knowledge.
- Degree in Business/(Digital) Marketing
- Experience in Online/digital marketing within a consumer-driven environment is a plus
- Fluent Dutch/French/English
- Strong ability to effectively communicate and influence others
- Entrepreneurial spirit & creative thinking
- Flexible, Hands-on approach
