Job Description:

In a recent move, HPE acquired OpsRamp, a prominent player offering SaaS-based, AI-powered modern IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. OpsRamp's cutting-edge technology is now seamlessly integrated with the HPE GreenLake platform, available as a standalone service, and deeply embedded within HPE's computing, storage, and networking solutions.

HPE OpsRamp is currently looking for an ITOM Software Account Executive located in Belgium or the Netherlands. The primary responsibilities include driving new business development in various European regions.

We're reshaping cloud computing by developing a sophisticated, enterprise-ready platform that powers a hybrid edge-to-cloud environment. Our platform empowers large enterprise IT teams and managed service providers worldwide to effectively manage modern digital infrastructures, ensuring fast, efficient, and secure operations while meeting sustainability targets.

Through advanced hybrid discovery and monitoring, event and incident management, remediation, and automation fueled by AI, we assist enterprise and MSP customers in avoiding costly downtime and performance issues that hinder revenue generation and productivity.

What you'll do:

  • Understand SaaS sales strategies with a proven history of penetrating new accounts and driving significant revenue growth
  • Engage with senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships with reseller and integration partners
  • Lead the entire sales opportunity lifecycle
  • Collaborate with field sales teams and Inside sales resources to identify new business prospects, develop account penetration strategies, manage territories, and pipelines
  • Work closely with a BDR to formulate a strategy for enhancing activity levels and revenue growth in the region
  • Maintain customer information in Salesforce, including use cases, timelines, success criteria, issues, and forecasts

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in Software sales with a successful track record of entering mid to large enterprise markets
  • Capability to build relationships with C-level executives and explain complex technologies
  • Willingness to travel within the territory for marketing events and sales engagements
  • Preferably experiences in IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Proficiency in English with French (additional European languages are advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills
