**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Officer to join our Corporate Business ICT team.
This position will be responsible for managing the entire demand management process from initial proposal planning through the completion of the final offer submission.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the entire demand management process
- Work with the ICT team to develop and validate offer content
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses to client questions and requests.
- Manage and track the deadlines for proposal documents and other deliverables.
- Provide advice and guidance to the team to ensure that successful offers are presented to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as colleagues, vendors and partners.
- Participate in meetings with client teams to discuss offers.
Profile
- Minimum possession of a bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a large environment
- Languages: Dutch: mandatory, English: very good, French: good understanding
- ICT experience in public companies or large structured environments is mandatory.
Soft skills:
- Ability to work independently within the quotation team.
- Communication: smooth communication with the customer, setting up and directing meetings or conference calls with the customer, with the competence centers or third parties in order to define a correct scope and work out technical solutions
- Stress resistance: the ability to deliver a correct quotation under time or customer pressure.
- Able to think analytically and have insight into financial processes.
- Proactive and customer focused.
- Can do mentality.
