Our mission is to empower customers with the tools they need to streamline processes, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Director with experience in claims and fleet pillars to join our team.

As the Sales and Business Development Director at Solera Global, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth, with a focus on claims and fleet pillars. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales and business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth, with a focus on claims and fleet pillars.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team that is motivated to meet and exceed sales targets in the claims and fleet pillars.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the claims and fleet pillars to expand Solera Global's customer base in these areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the claims and fleet pillars to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in the claims and fleet pillars, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of Solera Global's products and services in the claims and fleet pillars, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape in these areas.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the overall business strategy in the claims and fleet pillars.
- Analyze sales data in the claims and fleet pillars to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the sales budget in the claims and fleet

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of technology sales, including software solutions and SaaS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Pay: From €100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 1000 Brussels: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
