**Job Description**:
**Sales Director Immoweb Belgium**

As Sales Director for Immoweb in Belgium, your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading the Immoweb sales team (approximately 30 people).
- Developing the sales strategy in line with the corporate strategy and in collaboration with the management team.
- Ensuring that the strategy is implemented across the teams.
- Working with Business Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly and is followed up.
- Designing and implementing necessary sales training programes.
- Establishing solid and lasting relationships with the Group's internal functions (e.g. product team) and externally with numerous customers and partners.
- Working closely with Sales Management by establishing and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess results and make informed decisions.
- Identifying potential growth opportunities and threats in the Belgian market, ensuring competitive intelligence and an in-depth understanding of trends in the real estate sector.
- Participating in industry events, conferences and seminars to represent Immoweb, promoting products and services
- Training, coaching and ongoing development of regional team members.
- Preparing/participating in kick-off meetings, developing targets, developing the pay plan and optimising Salesforce and other teams across Business Intelligence and Operations, Data & Analytics.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience within any digital marketplace or adjacent platforms would be ideal
- Experience in the real estate sector is a big plus
- Excellent leadership skills in order to drive change on different levels (inspirational, collaborative, empathetic etc.)
- Fluency in Dutch/French/English is mandatory
