We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Director to join our Digital Experience team in Brussels. In this front-line leadership role, you will drive business growth by cultivating strategic accounts, empowering a world-class sales team, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes with Adobe’s cutting-edge solutions.
What You’ll Do
**Drive New Business**: Secure new lines of business within strategic accounts and expand opportunities within existing clients.
**Lead a High-Performing Team**: Recruit, coach, and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
**Develop Winning Strategies**: Collaborate across segments and solutions to build impactful Go-To-Market strategies, leveraging compelling value propositions and attractive ROI.
**Engage with Executives**: Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders (CxO, VP level) to drive decision-making and sales opportunities.
**Champion Collaboration**: Partner with solutions consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions, focusing on customer success and innovative use cases.
**Optimize Operations**: Ensure accurate pipeline reporting, quarterly sales forecasts, and smooth sales operations.
What You’ll need to succeed
**Proven Leadership**: 5-10 years of experience managing enterprise sales teams with a track record of success.
**Industry Expertise**: Knowledge of Customer Experience solutions (Content, Commerce, Customer Journey Management, Data Insight & Activation) is a plus.
**Sales Excellence**: 10+ years of software and/or services sales experience, including complex partner ecosystems and emerging technologies.
**Executive Presence**: Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills, with experience engaging at the executive level.
**Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
**High Energy & Drive**: A passion for innovation, growth, and building a winning team culture.
