**Sales Director Business Communication - Benelux France**

Our Business Communication division provides high quality meeting and conference solutions changing the future of business conferencing.

**The position**:
We are looking for a high-energy, seasoned and strategic people manager to fill our Sales Director position for the region in BeNeLux France to lead our regional sales team and contribute to our organization's growth and success.

In this role you will be responsible for providing overall direction, sales strategy, and team management to meet and exceed profitable sales targets within the region. You will be responsible for a substantial yearly gross sales target of our Business Communication business working closely with the Vice President of Sales-Business Communication, EMEA to implement sales strategies to increase sales and our brand position within the markets we serve within the France and Benelux Region. You will lead your sales team and analyze sales activities against goals and ensure sales goals are met and/or exceeded.

**Your tasks**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales revenue to meet and/or exceed assigned targets.
- Provide leadership and coaching for development of your team, in cooperation with HR, to ensure continuous process improvement, high performance and engagement.
- Assist the sales team with organizational skills, account strategies/planning, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities to ensure achievement of sales revenue targets and high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure CRM usage and sales processes are being followed.
- Build strong relationships with key integrators/resellers, consultants and end customers.
- Provide accurate forecasts of projected sales and growth covering weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly numbers.
- Stay current with competitive activity and organize sales response to market changes. Provide market feedback on trends, opportunities, competitive products and sales developments in the form of monthly reports.
- Work closely with headquarters to anticipate product inventories to meet customer sales requirements.
- Assist the Vice President Sales with developing and maintaining high-level relationships with channel Strategic important Business Unit contacts in your region and key account principals.

**Your profile**:

- Proven understanding of the Pro audio electronics or high tech product sales, a minimum of 7 years related industry experience including sales/project management experience.
- Excellent sales skills with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong competitive drive with an intense focus to win for the team
- Strong leader, a minimum of 3 years leadership of a mid-sized team
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Up to 50% travel to regularly meet with Resellers, End-users, Influencers consultants, customers, and sales team.
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
- Degree: University or Technical College, Business or related field
