Satellic's shareholders are T-Systems Road User Services GmbH and Strabag. T-Systems Road User Services GmbH is offering tolling services in Germany to the national toll charger and European wide via its daughter company Toll4Europe GmbH. Satellic is offering the complete portfolio of tolling to the Belgium Authorities and the national and international road users. We are appointed by our client Viapass, the interregional entity representing the 3 regions (Flanders, Walloon and Brussels).
Satellic's primary goal is to maintain high performance while focusing on quality improvement. Satellic is on a journey to become The Quality Company. The ENFORCEMENT department's DIRECTOR will join us in this collective effort.
Within Satellic, the ENFORCEMENT department is responsible for the enforcement and control of the km charging system of Satellic, so we get an honest and correct km tax charging system. The department checks the movements and operational excellence of 800.000 On Board Units (OBU's) to the Road User. The On Board Units are the smart
devices that are installed in the heavy goods vehicle and calculate the toll paid by the Road Users.
We aim to deliver Quality to our client Viapass on all levels. The enforcement team members are encouraged to become experts in their "cooking," they enjoy the results of "good food," and they also participate in "dish washing."
The success of Satellic is mainly achieved by the people. The enforcement department is a dynamic team within Satellic and backed up by our German mother company Deutsche Telekom.
Your area of responsibility We are hiring a Head of Enforcement to join, lead and manage our Enforcement team. You will work with other Directors and report directly to the CEO.
**Your tasks**:

- Lead the Enforcement team and support/coach them in their daily operations
- Define strategy for the department in line with company strategy
- Draft and manage the team budget
- Monitor and report on SLAs and (K)PIs
- Regular communication to team, Senior management and customer
- Define and pursue department specific quality and performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Continuously assess and act on improving the quality of the system and services
- Supplier management
- Manage the objectives of the team
- Identify, initiate and supervise changes/improvements to the enforcement system
- Build good relations with civil servants of the different regions and other stakeholdersConducting
meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

**Your Profile**

- Master degree or equivalent by practical and relevant working experience
- Strong people management skills
- Basic knowledge on IT system and Telecom

- Able to work independently as well as in team
- Fluent in Dutch and English, professional level in French is a plus

- Good verbal and written communication skills (towards all levels within Satellic).
- Ability to adapt if priorities change.

Dienstverband: Voltijds

Loon: €6.000,00 - €9.000,00 per maand
