Financial Analyst

**Responsibilities**
- Day to day follow-up of sales / cos, BaaN-LN reconciliation and make sure all is properly booked in BaaN & LN ERP system and reconciled
- Assists in the monthly closing, reconciliation, provision setup;
- Setup accrual/deferrals/incentives and follow of them up;
- Assist in the budget & forecast process;
- Review warranty provision;
- Review if the reported figures in the business units are aligned with the finance data;
- Assist in the reporting to Japan
- Assist in the ESG setup;
- Assists in the customs document follow up;
- Reconciliation of the customs & BaaN system
- Assists in the cash management function of the treasury department;
- Assists in ad hoc analysis
- Assists in the setup of board reporting software

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Applied Economics, Finance, etc..
- 1-3 year’s experience in a similar domain
- Good Accounting knowledge and USGAAP
- Knowledge of internal controls (incl. SOX) is an asset
- MS Office Excel, reporting software (TM1, Board)
- English other languages are definite asset (Dutch, German, French, Italian)
- Planning of own work in view of recurrent deadlines
- Logical thinking and analytical,
- Structured & Accurate
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
