**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant architecture experience to perform the tasks described below;
- Solid domain experience (UI technologies);
- Experience with most recent UI architectural patterns such as:
- Micro front-end;
- Back-end for front-end;
- Federated login;
- Atomic design;
- Experience in architecting UI solutions within a design system comprising different UI technologies and tools, namely:
- React;
- Webpack and Module Federation;
- ANT;
- Playwright;
- Lerna;
- Chromatic;
- Zeroheight;
- Storybook JS;
- Experience with UX monitoring approaches and technologies;
- Hands-on enterprise management experience, including use of standard tools;
- Ability to manage stakeholders at a CXO level;
- Experience working with large organisations;
- Demonstrable ability to distil complex idea into simple concepts which can presented and conveyed convincingly;
- Communication skills: adapting communication to different situations and audiences;
- Strategic focus: aligning action to strategy;
- Problem solving skills: anticipating and solving business issues;
- Customer focus: adapting services to respond to customer needs;
- Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment;
- Emotional intelligence required to deal with people and influence them;
- Professional conduct in line with the corporate behaviours, i.e., result-driven, readiness to change, customer focus, integrity, and team-player approach;
- Fluency in English.
**Desirable**:
- Completed university studies of 4 years (Master’s Degree) in a relevant domain such as computer science or IT;
- Knowledge on and hands-on experience with the following technologies:
- RDBMS (PostgreSQL);
- NoSQL (MongoDB);
- Confluent Kafka;
- OpenShift;
- Enterprise Architect credentials such as TOGAF, Open CA, ArchiMate, etc.;
- Working experience within the following organizations: DFS Aviation Services, ENAIRE, NATS, Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) or other member of iTEC Alliance.
**Duties/role**:
- Supporting the Development and Business teams in selecting and designing the right solution to meet the business objectives - User Domain;
- Providing support and guiding the Operations teams in understanding the systems architecture, high-level functionalities, and system components;
- Supporting the Testing team in identification of the right testing approach for individual system components;
- Providing support to the Environment Management team in the setup of the right target platforms for the systems in scope;
- Providing expertise on the overall user interface technologies, engineering best practices, standards, architectural approaches, and complex technical resolutions;
- Setting up and maintaining contacts with business units to understand business activities, drivers, and requirements, considering solution strategies and alternatives for possible implementation, and establishing appropriate information system programs;
- Providing architectural leadership in the resolution of inter-program and inter-project issues and advice management, business areas, etc.;
- Developing and coordinating architecture roadmaps and plans;
- Checking compliance within the enterprise architecture and reinforcing adherence to standards, policies, procedures, etc.;
- Performing any other task in line with the main purpose of the job.
