Om ons huidig team van technische professionals te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een Data Assistant Service.
**Voornaamste taken**:
Je beheert, onder toezicht van de Asset Data Operations Team Lead, de database met referentiegegevens voor heel Elia (InfraRef) waarin de elektrische hoog
- en laagspanningstoestellen, locaties en de elektrische functies van het net worden gerepertorieerd. Ook alle verbanden tussen deze gegevens en hun levenscyclus worden hierin beheerd.
- Jouw hoofdtaak is het inbrengen van nieuwe en veranderde netconfiguraties in de databank op basis van de inhoud van infrastructuurprojecten. Dit gebeurt in overleg met de Infra Projectleider en in samenwerking met de Assistant Data Manager en op basis van de aangeleverde documenten (bv. De projectnota, nota's van de in
- en buitendienstname, desaffectatielijsten,...) en met respect voor de gevalideerde procedures. Je volgt de data-aanlevering zelf op. Beheer van locaties, elektrische toestellen en hun levenscyclus.
- Beheer van (de gegevens van) nieuwe toestellen (zowel hoog
- als laagspanningstoestellen) in de databases.
- Beheer van gelieerde (meta)data.
- Je volgt de evolutie van jouw projecten continu op om jouw eigen werk goed in te plannen en jouwstakeholders tijdig de correcte input te bezorgen. Je ontfermt je permanent over jouw projecten t.e.m.de indienstnames en goedkeuringen van het terrein.
- Je hebt kennis van onze stakeholders en gelinkte applicaties en bouwt actief aan de uitbreiding van deze kennis om hiermee, met een kritische houding voor speciale en/of nieuwe gevallen, encodagevoorstellen te kunnen formuleren.
- Je bent een expert in het behandelen of organiseren van data in een operationele context met als doelde algehele datakwaliteit te verbeteren.
- Het continu evalueren van de datakwaliteit en het uitvoeren van datacorrecties (zowel operationeel als in het kader van projecten) is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie die toelaat om de kwaliteit van de databank te verhogen.
- Je neemt deel (in beurtrol) aan de gecentraliseerde helpdesk die de (business) vragen beantwoordt van de gebruikers rond de referentie databases en een aantal gelinkte applicaties.
- Je zal eveneens proactief onze gebruikers ondersteunen: door je grondig inzicht in hoe onze data gebruikt wordt door onze klanten, en omwille van je uitgebouwde netwerk, ben je in staat dataproblemen te behandelen, noden te capteren, data-initiatieven aan te geven. Je bent in staatopleidingen te geven en creëert awareness rond data.
- Je stelt je kennis ten dienste van en participeert aan data - gerelateerde projecten (vervanging tools, datakwaliteitsprojecten, transformatieprojecten, ALC DO projecten...).
- Je werkt actief mee aan het verbeteren van de interne alsook de transversale processen. Je bent proactief in het formuleren van verbeteringsvoorstellen en bent bereid om deze ook te implementeren na afstemming met de collega's en de team lead.
- Je ondersteunt de evolutie naar een transversale dataorganisatie, waarbij vanuit de dienst Network &System Data eenduidige & kwalitatieve data worden aangeleverd aan eindgebruikers.
- Je ondersteunt de verdere evolutie naar nieuwe tools en een efficiëntere manier van werken.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt ervaring met het gebruik van databases (binnen Elia).
- Je bent georganiseerd, gedreven in kwaliteitszorg en klantgericht.
- Je hebt een groot concentratie
- en analyserend vermogen.
- Je bent vlot in communicatie en je beschikt over goede relationele vaardigheden om bepaalde vragen te capteren en/of beter te begrijpen.
- Je hebt een goede teamspirit en je kan de andere medewerkers van de ploeg ondersteunen als het nodig is.
- Je werkt autonoom en neemt je verantwoordelijkheden op.
- Je beschikt over een technische kennis van de elektrische installaties van het net van Elia.
- Je bent vlot met IT-applicaties (of je hebt interesse om zich op korte termijn bij te scholen). Deze vaardigheden schakel je o.a. in voor het verbeteren van operationele processen en het verbeteren van de datakwaliteit. Ervaring met o.a. Python, SQL, RPA,... is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans en/of van het Nederlands. Indien dit niet het geval is voor een van beide, ben je bereid hiervoor een continue inspanning te leveren om de andere taal te leren.
