De Business & Quality manager heeft binnen het Netwerk team de missie om mee te bouwen aan de transformatie naar de Modern Luxury doelstellingen. Vanuit deze strategie ga je onze klanten en partners stimuleren en begeleiden in het implementeren van de relevante processen en de geschikte teams vereist voor deze evolutie en het duurzame success van Porsche in België.
**Wat wordt jouw rol ?**
- Je bent de ambassadeur van Destination Porsche op het vlak van kwaliteit en klantenervaring, nieuwe jobrollen, optimalisatie van interne structuren en een unieke klantenbeleving. Hiervoor stel en bewaak je de kwalitatieve doelstellingen van ieder Porsche Centre en begeleid hiervoor hun teams en het management volgens een individueel traject in lijn met de strategie van het merk en de invoerder
- Je activeert en voedt de Hospitality community en voorziet een sterk partnership met de lokale Hospitality teams, CRM, Marketing en HR managers alsook de externe coaches
- Binnen het Porsche team werk je nauw samen met de Project en de Field managers, het team van de naverkoop als met CRM en retail marketing experten voor een gestroomlijnde en coherente aanpak
