Position overview
Are you interested to extend global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships in the world leading coating resins industry? As a New Business Development Manager EMEA, your insight is critical to making smart decisions in the pursuit of long-term business value. You will be ideally high in skilled at sales and business operations; the interplay among strategy, technology, relationship management, and sales ultimately fuels the company's growth path.

Responsibilities- Supports the definition and execution of business plans to develop composite market and applications.
- Translates product offerings into value propositions for the composite market in collaboration with Marketing.
- Identifies potential customers and develops new business & customer relations in the composite market.
- Actively explores new opportunities and takes appropriate actions in collaboration with other functions to develop these into a profitable business.
- Visit customers and support global sales team to develop business opportunities; present solutions & improvement suggestions using our products to potential customers.
- Provides appropriate information on specific customer’s formulating issues to the TS&D labs, discuss possible solutions and support action plans and time tables to generate results.
- Ensures allnex remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
- Represents allnex at trade shows, conferences, research institutes etc within specific area of expertise.
- 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in business development, technical service or technical sales positions with track record in achieving results.
- Previous experience in roles interfacing with customers in the chemicals or materials industry.
- Following specific technical or industry knowledge is considered an advantage: composites (gelcoats preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Management, or related fields in Chemistry, Materials or Chemical Engineering.
