Ben jij op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging als **HR & Real Estate Administrator?** Ben je iemand die graag een stevig administratief pakket combineert met warme contacten op de werkvloer? Dan ben jij de geschikte kandidaat voor deze job in Braine l'Alleud, waar je je als nieuwe ambassadeur van de organisatie mee zal inzetten voor het HR-beleid

Als **HR & Real Estate Administrator?** ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit:

- Je houdt de personeelsdossier volledig up to date, en je beantwoordt de vragen van de medewerkers,
- je verzamelt en werkt alle HR-gegevens van de medewerkers in hun dossiers zoals nieuwe aanwervingen, scheidingen, vakantie, bonus, ziekteverlof,...
- je stelt alle HR documenten op: arbeidscontracten, handleidingen voor nieuwe werknemers,
- je denkt mee met het HR beleid van het bedrijf en je maakt regelmatig rapporten en presentaties op over HR-gegevens zoals personeelsbestand, prognose/budget,
- je onderhoudt de contacten met de externe partners, zoals het sociaal secretariaat of juridische adviseurs, en je zorgt ervoor dat de wetgeving wordt nageleefd,
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor de rekruteringen en de onboarding van nieuwe collega’s,
- je biedt ondersteuning voor administratie en juridische zaken met betrekking tot onroerend goed,
- je onderhoudt de relatie met de verhuurders voor alle administratieve zaken

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een HR-gerelateerde richting en beschikt over een basiskennis Sociale Wetgeving,
- je hebt ervaring als HR Officer/ HR Assistant of HR Manager,
- je bent tweetalig Nederlands/ Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef,
- je omschrijft jezelf als een gedreven persoon die graag zelfstandig werkt,
- je kan vlot werken met de MS Office toepassingen, kennis van HR gerelateerde programma's is een plus,
- je stelt je flexibel en polyvalent op,
- je bent discreet en fungeert als vetrouwens persoon binnen het bedrijf.
