Our client is an international real estate services company based in Brussels and Antwerp. You will find yourself working along a team of 70 enthusiastic real estate professionals in Belgium, all experts in their domain.
Description
As an assistant to the accounting team, you will play an important pivotal role and take on a wide range of administrative duties. Your professional and pro-active attitude are key to support your colleagues. This Role offers a steep learning curve into a broader scope of responsibilities for the person with the right mindset and learning agility.
Your main responsibilities will include
**Prepare and post journal entries for**:
Accounts receivable
Accounts Payable
Overheads
merchandise purchases
Expense reports
Establishing sales invoices
Preparing payment files (isabel & SAP)
Possible gradual enlargement of the job scope with controlling tasks

**Qualifications**:
0-2 years experience professional experience
You hold a financial or accounting degree
