De dienst “**Distribution Development Broker & Strategy Life**” geeft ondersteuning en advies aan het Management van de Business Unit Bank Channel & Life Insurance Development bij het maken van strategische keuzes om de distributie van Levensverzekeringen te bevorderen. Daarnaast ondersteunt de dienst ook de andere teams binnen de Business Unit die bezig zijn met het strategisch denken rond individuele levensverzekeringen van AG Insurance.

Om het team binnen Distribution Development Broker & Strategy Life te versterken, zoeken we nu een **Business strategist**.

Het takenpakket van de persoon die we zoeken ziet er als volgt uit:

- Je bent een klankbord voor het management en andere stakeholders rond verscheidene strategische thema’s
- Je vormt een rode draad om strategische doelstellingen om te zetten in een coherente business plan presentatie voor het top management.
- Je volgt de status van het business plan op en rapporteert hierover op regelmatige basis over naar het top management
- Je bereidt presentaties voor rond diverse thema’s voor uiteenlopende interne stakeholders maar ook voor de overlegorganen bij de distributiepartners van AG
- Je verzorgt het accountbeheer en support voor enkele van onze distributiepartners
- Je werpt een kritische blik op de evoluties binnen de verzekeringsmarkt en volgt de tendensen en innovaties op
- Je analyseert nieuwe business opportuniteiten

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de financiële sector
- Je bent creatief, goed met cijfers en kan planmatig werken
- Je volgt en bent geïnteresseerd in de actualiteit wat betreft economische evoluties, algemene markttrends, technologische ontwikkelingen, verzekeringen,
- Je kan analytisch en strategisch denken
- Je bent in staat om complexe onderwerpen eenvoudig te formuleren en visueel voor te stellen
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en het Engels
- Je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma, bij voorkeur een Master in een economische/financiële richting
