**Informations générales**:
Le PMO-Officer est responsable du contrôle d'une bonne initiation de projet jusqu'à une excellente livraison de projet aux services. En plus du suivi et du soutien des projets des collègues PM, il/elle sera également responsable de tous les projets administratifs et des petites offres vers les clients directs. Y compris le suivi du P&L, de la portée, du planning, de la sécurité et de la qualité.

**Qu'allez-vous faire ?**:

- Valider et confirmer la commande propre
- Création du projet dans les outils
- Confirmation de la commande au client
- Création des bons de commande
- Validation du budget opérationnel
- Suivi régulier du projet en interne.
- Suivi des problèmes et des risques.
- Gestion adéquate des changements avec des impacts clairement documentés sur les coûts, le calendrier et la qualité.
- Communication propre et transparente au client.
- Suivi des réclamations
- Contrôle de la qualité

**Quelles sont nos attentes ?**:

- Baccalauréat ou équivalent avec études complémentaires ou expérience.
- Langues N/F/E - Outils bureautiques standard (Word, Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint, PBI)
- ITIL V3 ou V4
- PRINCE2 Foundation ou PMI
- Flexible
- Soucieux de la planification
- Disponible pour les clients
- Capable et désireux de prendre des responsabilités
- Esprit d'équipe
