**Omschrijving**:
Ben jij op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging als Customer Service Manager? Ben je iemand die graag een stevig administratief pakket combineert met het aansturen van een team? Dan ben jij de geschikte kandidaat voor deze job van Customer Service Manager in Braine l'Alleud.
Als Customer Service Manager ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit:
- Verkooporders van klanten verwerken, met juiste prijs en juiste volume in SAP
- Zorgen voor tijdige en proactieve communicatie naar klanten over orderstatus, aanpassingen en wijzigingen
- Beheren van de klachten van klanten
- Bewaken van achterstallige betalingen van debiteurenfacturen
- Handelsvoorwaarden in SAP zetten op basis van de informatie die wordt verstrekt door Key Account Managers en beheren van het volledige boekhoudproces inclusief het oplossen van geschillen
- Invoeren van de door KAM's onderhandelde promoties in SAP
- Invullen van product
- en promotiebestanden (en nieuwe productbestanden) voor de verschillende klanten (op basis van de technische informatie die de marketingafdeling voor de productinformatie aanlevert)
- Documenten bijwerken voor en contact leggen met het Field Team
- Monsters voor de verkoopfolders, tarieflijsten en verkooprapporten naar de klant sturen
- Je hebt 1 lokale assistent en enkele assistenten in het buitenland
- In deze rol beheer je de klantenservice, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het kantoorbeheer en andere verschillende taken zoals eco-verklaringen, koppeling met het hoofdkantoor, dagelijkse controles, verkoopprognoses, enz.
- In deze rol maak je deel uit van het lokale managementteam en rapporteer je aan de marketing
- en verkoopdirecteur
**Profiel**
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans (geschreven & gesproken) en je hebt sterke kennis van het Engels
- Je hebt een commercieel gevoel, probleemoplossend vermogen en snelheid van handelen
- Je bent autonoom, flexibel en nauwgezet
- Je hebt een sterke teamgeest
- Je bent enthousiast over een administratieve job
- Je hebt ervaring in orderverwerking en in SAP
