**YOUR ROLE **:One way or another, you have been in touch with the work of our logistics specialists in Kuehne+Nagel. That avocado you bought in the grocery store? Chances are, our Air Logistics team ensured they arrived “ready to eat” in your local shop. Those running shoes you ordered online? Our warehouse colleagues may very well have picked them for you. Our employees have a worldwide impact that goes beyond mere logistics. In the role of Employer Branding and Development Officer, your responsibilities entail Employer Branding, Young talent development and Internal Communication. Under the Employer branding and young talent development pillar: - You inspire internal and external audiences by telling those compelling stories. - You build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges and universities. - You organize recruitment events. - You attract, onboard, follow up and develop interns and management trainees. Under the Internal Communications pillar, you inform our staff of company news and initiatives in cooperation with internal stakeholders. Overall, there is a strong focus on creative content creation (mainly copywriting in English).
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creating and managing promotional branding material for recruitment events;
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with schools and universities;
- Ensuring an attractive Kuehne+Nagel’s representation at relevant job fairs;
- Attract, onboard, follow up and develop interns and management trainees;
- Activating internal ambassadors to generate employee referrals;
- Working with Talent Acquisition to target relevant audiences;
- Contributing to the company-wide initiatives related to ESG (sustainability), Diversity & Inclusion, wellbeing and others;
- Ensuring all staff can keep up with important news and initiatives;
- Working with internal stakeholders and consulting them in terms of internal comms.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:

- You have a Masters or Bachelor Degree.
- +1 year of experience in similar roles;
- You are a good communicator and like to connect with people;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch. Other languages (French, German) are an asset;
- Adobe creative suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator;
- Storytelling skills and networking capabilities to hunt for stories worth telling;
- Knowledge of social media trends;
- Willingness to learn and develop yourself;
- A high degree of maturity, professionalism and autonomy;
- Solid organizational and project management skills;
- You are flexible and willing to go to different sites from time to time. You have a driver’s license.
