Digital Customer Experience ManagerJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de conversie en engagement van onze klanten op de verschillende e-commerce (owned en third party) platformen. Dit doe je vanuit jouw marketing
- en commercieel perspectief voor onze merken Panos en Deliway.

**Jouw functie**:

- Op basis van het marketingplan werk je digitale campagnes en acties uit op de e-commerce platformen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de Brand
- & Digital Manager en Social media
- en content specialist. In deze campagnes zorg je ervoor dat de juiste content bij de juiste doelgroep terecht komt.
- Je leidt de opbouw van de digitale infrastructuur van de toekomst. Daarin ben je verantwoordelijk voor het neerzetten van de processen en technologie voor e-commerce, website, marketing automation, Panos app. Je staat ook in voor de first-line support en nazorg van deze infrastructuur.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat onze merken en uiteindelijk de shops op de best mogelijke manier gevonden worden via SEO en SEA.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt een Masterdiploma op zak, bij voorkeur in een marketing - of communicatie gerelateerde studierichting.
- Je bent commercieel sterk en hebt een mooie ervaring opgebouwd in een B2C marketing omgeving. Dankzij jouw drive en positivisme slaag je erin om anderen te overtuigen en mee te nemen in het E-commerce-verhaal.
- Je hebt een trackrecord in het gebruik van CMS, Google Analytics en marketing automation. Daarnaast beschik je over een gezonde interesse in nieuwe technologieën en hebt de nodige affiniteit om met technology partners samen te werken.
- Je bent analytisch sterk en komt met voorstellen op basis van je inzichten in de data.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en krijgt energie van samenwerking met je peers en stakeholders.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans. Kennis Engels is een meerwaarde.
