**What's the role**:
We are looking for a part-time Marketing Operations Coordinator, who is willing to support not only the marketing department, but also the whole MO Belux.

**What does the role involve?**:
- You are responsible for warehouse management;
- Receiving & sending goods loading dock
- Triage deliveries (ex. Loan / peak / wrong deliveries)
- Recyclage old tools
- Disposal recycled materials (cardboard etc )
- Training room management
- You are responsible for the preparations of trainings;
- Internal Training: Preparation of training rooms - parking - concrete - base materials) + you are in contact with our external suppliers/partners
- External Training: Prepare training materials (base materials, flags, ) + arrange transportation
- You are in charge of the stock management;
- Base materials training
- HSE materials
- Clothes (new / newly worn / recycling clothes)
- Goodies and branding materials

**What you need is**:
- Driver license fork lift (or willing to achieve)
- You are a handy man/ woman
- You are structured and have an eye for a “clean” workspace
- You have stock management skills
- You are fluent in Dutch/French - English as plus
