Voor een klant in Harelbeke zoeken wij een PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECTLEIDER._
**Als PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECTLEIDER bestaat jouw takenpakket uit**:
- je plant en coördineert van diverse bouwprojecten.
- je waarborgt dat de projecten binnen de vastgestelde tijd en het budget worden voltooid.
- je informeert van klanten, monitort de voortgang van het werk, staat in voor de voorbereiding van de bouwplaats, en het voorzien van een efficiënte en veilige werkomgeving.
- je geeft leiding aan de verschillende partijen op de bouwplaats en voert noodzakelijke administratieve taken uit.
- je staat in nauw contact met collega's op het gebied van engineering, IT, elektriciteit, en onze installateurs.
**Profiel**
**In een PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECTLEIDER zoeken wij**:
- een enthousiaste communicator met 'veel goesting' om aan de slag te gaan
- je hebt een Master in Industrieel Ingenieur of beschikt over relevante ervaring
- kwaliteit en veiligheid staan bovenaan jouw lijst
- je kunt op een professionele wijze feedback geven en ontvangen.
- je bent creatief in het vinden van oplossingen.
- je bent resultaatgericht en zet spontaan in op klantentevredenheid.
- naast vloeiend Nederlands beheers je ook de Franse taal goed, zowel in spreken als schrijven.
