Als pionier in de verwerking en terugwinning van gevaarlijk afval heeft Veolia meer dan 40 jaar geleden de weg gebaand door **SARPI** op te richten om de technologische, economische en milieu-uitdagingen van haar klanten en partners aan te gaan. Vandaag de dag is SARPI de belangrijkste speler in Europa voor de **verwerking en terugwinning van gevaarlijk afval.**

**Sarpi Ecoservices BE**, met operationele activiteiten in Beerse, Jumet, Sint-Niklaas en een administratieve hub in Gent, telt een 120-tal medewerkers. Onze sites gelegen in Beerse en Jumet zijn logistieke platformen waar gevaarlijk afval wordt opgehaald, gesorteerd en gestockeerd. Onze site in Sint-Niklaas is gespecialiseerd in de recyclage van solventen.

**Als Technical Services Coordinator zorg je voor een optimale beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van onze bedrijfsvoertuigen en logistiek materiaal. Je zorgt er namelijk voor dat onze vrachtwagens, bestelwagens, stapelaars, etc. altijd in topconditie zijn**

**Wat zijn jouw taken?**

Plannen van onderhoud en herstellingen van vrachtwagens, bestelwagens en logistiek materiaal zoals stapelaars, transpalletten,
- Je staat hierbij in nauw contact met de chauffeurs en de planningsafdeling en je stemt goed met hen af:

- Je onderhoudt goede en vlotte contacten met garages en leveranciers;
- Je zorgt voor administratieve ondersteuning van de Logistics Manager bij de aankoop van deze voertuigen en logistiek materiaal;
- Documentatie en kostenbeheer: bijhouden van de onderhouds-en herstellingsgeschiedenis en opvolgen van kosten en uitgaven met betrekking tot voertuigen en assets;
- Je verzorgt de aanmaak van aankoop orders in het SAP systeem en volgt facturen op. Je doet dit zowel voor de afdeling Logistiek als voor de Site (Beerse).
- Je takenpakket kan nog verder uitgebreid worden (afhankelijk van je interesses).

Jouw plaats van tewerkstelling is onze site in Beerse. Je rapporteert aan de Logistics Manager.
**Functie-eisen** We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega met een passie voor logistiek en techniek. Als ideale kandidaat**:

- Beschik je over een sterke technische feeling en interesse in voertuigen en logistiek materiaal;
- Heb je sterke plannings
- en organisatievaardigheden;
- Bezit je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Kan je constructief samenwerken met collega’s en externe partners/leveranciers;
- Ben je administratief nauwkeurig en heb je een hands-on mentaliteit. Je combineert aandacht voor detail met een praktische aanpak;
- Heb je, naast heel veel goesting om erin te vliegen, een positieve mindset en de drive om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan;
- Ben je in staat om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je taken.
