With the increasing demand for our HVAC software and to best meet our customers’s needs, we are looking for a **Customer Success Manager** to strengthen our team. Your will be responsible to onboard new users and ensure that our existing customer base is maximizing the value of our Hysopt software.

**_ This is what your week looks like:_**
- You **build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships** with our customers - think of HVAC Engineers at installation companies, engineering firms, etc.
- You guide them in their first projects up to more complex ones, where you **take on the role of Hysopt Expert** with a team of experienced HVAC Engineers behind you
- As a bridge between our customers and our internal teams, you comminicate and pass on any feature requests, bugs, questions, etc.
- You provide **onsite and online training** - using our well thought-out training plan - to onboard new users effectively
- To **ensure a successful adoption of our software**, you check in on our customers regularly and support them in their process

- Enjoys contact with users, and a **customer-focused attitude**:

- **Passionate about heating and cooling systems**, with experience in the field as a plus
- Able to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively
- **Sociable with good communication skills**, both verbally and in writing
- **Master in (Applied) Engineering** or equivalent through experience
- Fluent in English - Dutch is a plus

- "Hydronic System Optimisation", better known as Hysopt, is a rapidly growing spin-off from the University of Antwerp. Our highly skilled team develops and uses unique cloud software, that supports companies in their HVAC engineering process, and helps building owners optimise their HVAC systems. The purpose of our software is to heat and cool large buildings more efficiently, which helps to reduce energy costs and transfer to a zero-carbon future._
