At Oper, we believe that getting a mortgage should take just a few clicks, from the comfort of your own home. Our team is working with lenders and brokers to redesign their mortgage processes to make this dream a reality.
We have offices in Zürich and Antwerp (Belgium). To support our current growth in the Benelux, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Your Mission
As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure that our customers will trust and rely on you to help them achieve their goals. You will build relationships and own that relationship during the customer lifecycle. Your mission is to turn your Oper customers into brand advocates.
Tasks
What you will do
- Own the entire customer life cycle right after the initial sale and throughout the duration of the relationship. You will be responsible for onboarding, retention, and upselling. You drive customer lifetime value.
- For your portfolio of customers, own operational metrics, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, on-time completion of onboardings, and customer lifetime value.
- Onboard and support customers to ensure customer satisfaction and allow for an increate in product usage.
- Representing the voice of the customer and influencing internal stakeholders by promoting a customer-centric mindset across the company.
- Balance the act of building a strategic framework that supports the function's growth as well as being hands-on to drive customer success on a tactical level and day to day level.
- Liaise closely with the VP of Customer Success, the Product team, Solution Engineers and the Sales team to ensure product-client fit.
**Requirements**:
What you will bring
- True love for enterprise and mid-market customers. Ideally with a first experience in Financial Services.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Getting things done attitude.
- 3+ years of work experience in the domain of Customer Success and/or Professional Services in the Enterprise Technology domain (post-Sales).
- A global understanding of software development tools, technologies & platforms. Familiar and comfortable with a modern, agile software development environment
Bonus points
- Prior expertise in a Pre-Series B Startup preferable in (Enterprise) SaaS.
- You have primary experience working in the European mortgage market.
