We are looking for a Senior Immigration Analyst to join our Netherlands Team in Brussels. This is a permanent, full-time position. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing immigration team where you will be provided an excellent platform to learn the technical aspects of immigration law and regulations in The Netherlands.

**About the role**:
You will take on a consultative approach with major corporate clients by sharing knowledge and advice and will be well supported with resources to maximise work efficiencies.

At first you will work on a series of highly templated immigration cases such as renewals, extensions, change of sponsor. A key element of success will be building solid knowledge of relevant client protocols and processes.

Other key responsibilities will include:

- Under direct supervision, responsible for assisting with case processing and all associated requirements as delegated by Manager and/or Senior Consultant. This also includes:

- Initial assessment of the case
- Reviews documents drafted by coordinators
- Drafts correspondence to client
- Monitors and actions client drop boxes
- Generates and prepares client reports
- Focuses on client service and meeting client deadlines. Understand client goals, technical changes in national legislation that will impact client service delivery and incorporating this in process and systems
- Ensuring that billing on cases is done on time, including attending to bill rejections and voids
- Ensuring that case management systems are up to date and reflect case progress in real time. Follows firm procedures with respect to file maintenance, record keeping and use of firm's CRM systems
- Raising case concerns with Senior Consultant and/or Manager at earliest point to avoid escalations
- Supports team on projects as necessary
- Punctually monitors client drop boxes in absence of Consultants

**About you**:
You are an enthusiastic team player that works methodically and always pays attention to detail. You will also need to enjoy client contact and have a strong commitment to excellent client service.

Also required:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- You are highly organised and can demonstrate ability to manage your own time and caseload
- Previous experience in liaising with clients in an operation role
- Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You display professionalism and a positive attitude when dealing with clients or difficult situations
- Follows firm protocol in relation to having work checked prior to sending to clients
- Generates clear, well-organized written work-product
- Bachelor degree preferably in Law/Legal Services, European Studies, Human Resources or Political Sciences
- Additional language skills would be highly beneficial for this role
