Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Immigration Consultant to join our team in the Brussels office. This is a permanent and full-time position which offers a fantastic opportunity to join a true global leader and be part of an on-going success story.

About the role:
You are a point of reference for day-to-day questions and should be a source of technical expertise for other members within the team. You are expected to act as a role model for more junior members of staff, assisting them to develop their core competencies to the level required.
As part of a multi-jurisdictional office you are expected to actively contribute to the growth of the office through relationship building, managing officewide projects, etc.
Other key responsibilities may include:
- Managing with confidence immigration cases for large corporate clients and VIPs- Managing the relationship with key accounts, especially new accounts. Act as a business partner and first point of contact for client inquiries. Works with Manager to develop a mid-term strategy on how to grow the client- Leading the on-boarding of new clients, handling transitions, developing protocols- Participating as required in client reviews; preparation of reports and meetings and involvement in presentations and training- Assisting manager with case reviews where appropriate- Providing training and on-boarding to new joiners- Overseeing status of cases through utilization of case management and billing systems- Conducting legal research as required
About you:
- Previous immigration/ global mobility experience and a strong background in a client facing role- Master degree holder, preferably in Law/Legal Services or Human Resources- Knowledge of Belgian immigration- Proven experience with developing strong working relationships with team members- Able to plan workload often with conflicting deadlines, able to meet deadlines and priorities for own work, taking into account delivery expectations and agreed client service standards- Proven ability to generate clear, well-organized written work and able to effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner- Strong listening and client facing skills- Adaptability is important- Project management experience- A positive outlook and a solution driven focus are crucial- An eye for detail with very good organizational skills- Fluency in English is required, fluency in Dutch and/or French is also required
