Senior Immigration Manager (Fixed-term for 9 months)

About the Role:
In the capacity of Senior Immigration Manager, you will serve as a strategic contributor, collaborating with the Netherlands Partner, Immigration Managers, and Associates in a managerial capacity. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will provide mentorship and guidance to elevate the team's excellence in client service, enhance business efficiency, and contribute to expanding our market share.
Your focus will be on Netherlands services, playing a pivotal role in fostering knowledge development and cultivating client relationships. Concurrently, you will assume a central operational role by overseeing the professional growth of the team, actively participating in expanding their skill sets and professional capabilities.
Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of our business development strategy, elevating the profile of the firm's service offerings both internally and externally. Overseeing all facets of billing within the team will be an essential responsibility, encompassing the review and achievement of monthly targets, identification of billable services, and collaborating with the Partner to assess target fees within the practice.
Other Principal Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating profound business acumen, a comprehension of financial metrics, and the ability to lead and guide the team towards meeting those metrics.- Displaying the capability to succeed across diverse cultural contexts, connecting with individuals from different cultures on intellectual and emotional levels.- Collaborating with executives and the Client Services Management ("CSM") team to oversee complex immigration cases, including escalations.- Cultivating robust relationships with client contacts, earning their trust through professional and efficient communication.- Managing the team and workload to ensure precise, timely, and high-standard advice to clients, actively promoting an efficient and effective culture.- Providing team members with regular feedback and guidance to foster their skill development and performance standards.- Taking a leading role in enhancing team aspects, such as skill improvement, capacity management, and other pertinent topics. Leading projects or training initiatives to assist the team's advancement.- Facilitating seamless collaboration between various corporate functions, including Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Knowledge.- Establishing collaborative networks with other practices across the EMEA region.
