**Return To Work Coordinator aux Mutualités Libres : votre vocation ?**
La mission du Return To Work Coordinator (RTWC) est d'accompagner les affiliés en incapacité de travail dans leur réintégration socio-professionnelle. En tant que RTWC, vous accompagnez nos affiliés sur le marché du travail. Vous êtes chargé d'orienter, d'outiller et de motiver les affiliés dans le souci de rendre leurs actions efficaces. Vous prenez en compte de nombreux paramètres qui font de votre action une action ciblée et spécifique sous la forme d'un accompagnement individuel.
- Vous réalisez les tâches administratives relatives aux exigences partenariales et aux procédures internes (encodages, rapports, bilans, suivis).
- Vous êtes en contact avec les organismes publics actifs dans la réintégration socio-professionnelle et vous créez un réseau utile pour les affiliés que vous accompagnez.
- Vous vous tenez au fait de ce qui se fait en termes d'évènements, de modifications du marché ou de législation relative à l'emploi.
- Vous travaillez avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de médecins-conseils, de conseillers paramédicaux et d’assistants médicaux administratifs. En échangeant avec les collègues de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous disposez d’informations complémentaires et de la validation du médecin-conseil pour soutenir au mieux l’affilié dans son trajet de réintégration socio-professionnelle.

Vous pouvez travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu’en équipe, êtes rigoureux et avez une bonne gestion des priorités. Vous communiquez aisément avec autrui et vous montrez persuasif quand c’est nécessaire. Vous avez une bonne dose d’humour car nous privilégions une bonne ambiance de travail.
- Vous disposez au minimum d’un bachelor.
- Une expérience dans le recrutement ou en agence d’intérim, en accompagnement de carrière ou en tant qu’assistant social est un sérieux atout.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marché de l’emploi.
- Vous avez de l’affinité avec le monde social.
- Vous maîtrisez le français, une bonne connaissance du néerlandais est un atout supplémentaire.
Nous recherchons une personne **flexible** qui apportera son support dans les différents cabinets médicaux de sa région, en collaboration avec les autres RTWC. Vous serez basé à Anderlecht d’où vous réaliserez des vidéo-consultations avec les affiliés. En tant que RTWC pour la région wallonne, vous serez également amené à vous déplacer dans les différents cabinets médicaux de votre région afin de réaliser des consultations en présentiel et d’apporter un soutien ponctuel à vos collègues si nécessaire.
