**Doelstelling**:
Word jij onze nieuwe collega?
Om ons huidig team van technische professionals te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een Design Service (As-Built).
**Voornaamste taken**:
Binnen je service voer je voornamelijk de volgende taken uit:
- Je beheert de plannen na een Infra-project en je actualiseert de As-built plannen voor LA&S conform de normen en standaarden om kwalitatieve plannen ter beschikking te kunnen stellen.
- Je volgt de aanvragen tot het updaten van de As-built plannen voor LA&S op na ontvangst van een redlining of naar aanleiding van werkzaamheden bij Assets.
- Je actualiseert de regionale netschema's en het nationale netschema.
- Je staat in voor de kwaliteitscontrole op de LA&S-plannen om een goede kwaliteit te waarborgen en ze te verbeteren indien nodig.
- Je werkt samen met de verschillende interne en externe stakeholders om de kwaliteit en samenhang van de As-built plannen te garanderen.
- Je past de LA&S-tekenmethodologie toe en werkt deze bij in samenhang met de andere disciplines.
- Je staat in voor de archivering en het administratieve beheer van de plannen en hun metagegevens in het planbeheersysteem ProjectWise.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een ervaring van minimum 1 jaar als designer.
- Bachelor of diploma secundair onderwijs richting elektriciteit of elektromechanica of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring.
- Je kunt werken met Microstation en de applicatie ProjectWise. Kennis van 3D modellen is een voordeel.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio en Outlook.
- Enkele van je beste kwaliteiten zijn je teamgerichtheid, flexibiliteit, positieve houding, communicatievaardigheden en sterke klantgerichtheid.
- Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin, oog voor detail, beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en je bent pragmatisch.
- Ervaring als LA&S-designer, ervaring en inzicht in 3D modellen, kennis van de As-built processen voor LA&S en van ProjectWise.
- Je bent bereid te werken op de sites van Merksem en Créalys naargelang de behoeften van de dienst.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
