Onze klant is op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager voor het leveren, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van de waarde van een portfolio van compliant, betrouwbare, duurzame en goed werkende fysieke assets & asset gerelateerde diensten, ter ondersteuning van de ambities en resultaten van het bedrijf.
**Organisatie**:
- Focus op het coördineren, aansturen en organiseren van projecten (zowel nieuwe ontwikkelingenals renovaties) en technische verbeteringen waarvoor je de verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en het realiseren van deze projecten in lijn metde gemaakte afspraken, binnen budget, binnen doorlooptijd en volgens de vastgelegde kwaliteit.
- Je ondersteunt, coördineert en leidt de verschillende projectteams Build en werkt nauw samen met de Domain Manager(PMO). Het assisteren en op actieve wijze begeleiden van de business partners bij hun business analyse die infrastructurele impacthebben en het vertalen van hun initiatieven in concretiseerbare concepten. Het maken van ramingen van tijd en kostprijs, op basis van degekozen concepten, die het bedrijf zal toelaten om beslissingen te nemen inzake het al dan niet uitvoeren van het project.
- Je consolideert alle project aanvragen binnen je technische cluster en staat in voor de resource planning (toewijzing en evtaanvulling) voor de realisatie van deze projecten. Op basis van je expertise stuur je de engineering in overleg met de businesspartners en de asset
- & reliability managers.
**Functie**:
- Adviseren en assisteren van de business partners / asset managers bij hun projectstudies. Analyseren van de noden en evaluatie van scenario’s.
- Uitwerken van de eerste schetsontwerpen en toetsen op hun technische en operationele haalbaarheid. Raadplegen en naleven van relevante standaarden (bijv. NBN-nomen, AREI, BAC-specifieke standaarden ).
- Budget raming investeringen ifv van de fase waarin het project zich bevindt en op basis van zijn expertise in de materie.
- Opmaak van een planning die rekening houdt met de beperkingen in tijd vanwege te verkrijgen vergunningen, operationele beperkingen en andere factoren.
- Projectteam leiding.
- Bewaken en eventueel bijsturen van de voortgang van het aan zijn team toevertrouwd project porfolio.
- Opvolging van de ontwikkeling, uitvoering en overdracht van projecten. Inclusief aanbestedingen, vergunningsaanvragen, EPB aangifte, interne (scope, budget, schedule) en externe (FSO, Skeyes, ) validaties, toezicht op de uitvoering, ontvangst van werken en overdracht.
- Coördineert met interne en externe stakeholders (zoals architecten, studiebureaus, aannemers, wettelijke coördinatoren en interne ondersteunende diensten drawing office, landmeters ).
- Opvragen en nakijken van as built dossiers en post interventiedossiers.
- Opvolging van de budget Capex + manpower en van de planning.
- Zorgt voor procesbewaking, compliance van projecten en veiligheid op de werf.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de hand-over van conforme assets inclusief gerelateerde documenten naar de Asset Manager(s).
- Opvolging van openstaande punten tot oplossing bij definitieve oplevering.
- Financieel management.
- Rapportering.
**Functie-eisen**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur, master in een bouwkundige richting of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
- Kennis en ervaring van de administratieve procedures in het bouwproces (overheidsopdrachten) alsook de wettelijke verplichtingen betreffende bouw
- en milieuvergunningen, en het regelgevend kader (KB, Codex,).
- Ervaring met het leiden van bouwkundige projecten zoals nieuwbouw, renovaties en technische verbeteringen.
- Ervaring in Project Management met multidisciplinaire teams.
- Ervaring met negotiatie bij contracten met studiebureaus en aannemers in samenwerking met Procurement en Legal.
- Aantoonbare zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (gesproken en geschreven).
- In bezit van VCA Certificaat.
