**Vos tâches**:
Planification / gérer / organiser les horaires de votre équipe
Consolidation, suivi, best practices, gestion d’équipe
**Helpdesk**: amélioration des process, suivi des SLA, assurer le bon déroulement es tâches, dispatching,
Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de la qualité et de la performance du département Infrastucture.
Vous dirigez les activités opérationnelles (maintenance adaptative, préventive et corrective) afin de réduire le nombre d'incidents et le temps résolution des problèmes.
Superviser et encadre une équipe de System Engineers.
Organiser et coordonner les projets liés a L’infrastructure IT.
Vous êtes responsable de la proposition et de la réalisation de l'amélioration continue des services, de la gestion des problèmes, de la gestion de la capacité et de la gestion de la configuration du département.
Background technique large dans les technologies de l’infrastructure (système, réseau, workplace,)
Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en gestion d’équipe ou de chef de projet ou de service delivery manager.
Connaissance approfondies des systèmes d’exploitation, de réseaux et des technologies de virtualisation.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion d’équipe.
Vous avez un esprit analytique et êtes orienté vers les solutions et les clients.
Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en matière de communication et êtes capable de nouer rapidement des relations professionnelles tant avec les clients qu’avec votre équipe.
Vous savez prendre des décision.
Dans le cadre de votre fonction vous serez a de rares occasion amené à voyager.
Vous maitriser parfaitement le français et vous avez un Anglais technique avancé
