Customer Service Representative

**Function**:
General goals:
Process all orders on time from entry till invoice. Handle returns and customer complaints, keep customer records up-to-date. Inform internal and external stakeholders on daily activities.
Your tasks will include:
Customer Service
- coordinate the total order administration chain: from received order to invoice;
- process customer complaints;
- reporting out of stocks & availability data;
- strong interaction with Sales & Supply Chain;
- analysing & reporting on customer service related issues;
- improve order & delivery patterns;
- follow up promotions and displays;
- looking for order and delivery optimization & efficiency.
Supply Chain
- sales planning products: permanently optimise the operational rolling forecast;
- stock planning products: optimise product stock levels with regard to cost
- and delivery service criteria.
**Profile**:
- Level of education: Master / Bachelor or vocational training.
- Work experience: First relevant work experience.
- Languages: Dutch, French, English is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). SAP R/3 experience is a plus.
- Analytical, accurate and sensitivity to customer needs
