As a **Customer Service Representative **(*) **for our office in **Diegem **, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Independent order
- and account management for approximate 25 premium accounts
- First point of contact for your designated key accounts and wholesalers for all relevant order management activities
- Handling of large projects and backorder situations in collaboration with M&SC and business teams
- Regular and active exchange with internal colleagues such as Sales, Marketing, Costumer Issue Resolution and Customer Service to successfully manage customer requirements and specific projects
- Ensure high phone availability in consultation with your team
- Fast reaction on various inquiries using CRM tools
- Expand existing customer relationship/satisfaction together with local sales colleagues and other stakeholders
**Your Skills and Expertise**
- Experience in similar customer facing function with “customer first” mindset
- Good skills in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with colleagues in CER and EMEA
- Well organized and independent working method
- High level of service orientation and ability to structure the work by setting the right priorities
- Pleasure on handling order related customer inquiries, ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Interested and ability to constantly expand knowledge in modern IT tools (SAP, Salesforce, bCom)
- “Outside the box”-thinking to pro-actively improve customer processes
