** Your new role**
As a **customer service representative **you are responsible for managing customer relationships proactively and being the single point of contact of all enquiries and orders via telephone and other correspondence. You are responsible for clients from the **Spanish and Italian** (orthodontical) market. You take ownership and respond to all customers enquiries and complaints utilizing Salesforce to manage all communications. Besides that, you will support with coordination and follow-up of aspects related to the handling of product enquiries and orders placed by customers. Therefore, you will be focused on administering the order process and this by according processes and procedures. Finally, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of quotations in SAP.

**The terms of employment**
From the start, you will receive a **permanent contract **with an attractive salary package supplemented with **meal vouchers** and other **extra-legal advantages.** You work **39 hours / week** and have **12 extra holidays** on a yearly basis. They have **flexible working hours** and it’s possible to **work 3-4 days from home.**
