**Protection UNIT** is een 100% Belgische speler en marktleider in zijn sector (Bewaking). In het kader van onze groei, wil onze dienst 'Payroll' zijn team versterken met een “**Payroll Officer (m/v/x)**”.
JobDescription
- In een matrixstructuur rapporteer je aan de administratieve en operationele verantwoordelijken van de site, met de steun van de centrale dienst Payroll, en ben je de Payroll Officer van de site.
- In nauw contact met de HR Business Partner die de arbeidsovereenkomsten opstelt en de planning, valideer en controleer je de planningen met het oog op de opmaak van de voorschotten en de salarissen.
- Je bent de contactpersoon tussen de medewerkers en het sociaal secretariaat en kunt vragen beantwoorden in verband met de loonadministratie en de geldende sociale wetgeving;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle sociale documenten;
- Je controleert de toepassing van de sectorale en wettelijke reglementeringen;
- Samen met de HR Business Partner zorg je voor de administratieve opvolging van de dossiers van arbeiders en bedienden;
- Je volgt de laatste tendensen op vlak van payroll (indexaanpassing, nieuwe reglementering...) en past ze toe;
- Je staat in voor het naleven van PC 317.
JobProfile
- Je hebt een diploma Bac +3 in Human Resources en hebt een aantoonbare ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
- Je kunt goed omgaan met cijfers;
- Je bent nauwgezet en gestructureerd en kunt autonoom werken;
- Je houdt ervan om in een team om individueel te werken;
- Je hebt aanleg voor dienstverlening en bent resultaatgericht;
- Je bent gewend om in een grote onderneming te werken of in staat een groot aantal steeds terugkerende administratieve taken aan;
- Je bent op zoek naar een aangename werkomgeving en bent in staat om prioriteiten te bepalen;
- Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- De kennis van het Engels en het Nederlands is een echte troef;
- Je beheert de MS Office-producten en je weet met informatica om te gaan;
- Kennis van het PC 317 en van de wetgeving tot regeling van de private en bijzondere veiligheid van 2 oktober 2017 is een enorme troef;
- Je nauwgezetheid en intermenselijke vaardigheden zijn onmisbare troeven.
